1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Quantcorr (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Quantcorr lets you generate AI-assisted videos and, where you connect third-party accounts, publish them to those accounts. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate and publish.
3. Accounts
You sign in using a third-party identity provider. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
4. Connected Platforms
You may connect third-party platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube) to publish content. You authorize Quantcorr to act on your behalf for publishing to the accounts you connect, and you agree to comply with each platform's own terms. You can disconnect a platform at any time.
5. Credits and Payment
Generating content consumes credits. Credits and any associated fees are described in the Service. Credits are consumed when generation occurs and are non-refundable except where required by law or where a generation fails through no fault of your own.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to create or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or that violates the rights or terms of any third party or connected platform. We may suspend access for violations.
7. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you generate, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers and any connected platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to publish what you create.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unexpected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
